The Temple Terrace Arts Council (Temple Terrace Community Arts Festival Incorporated), is a registered 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to bring arts and culture to the community and beyond.

The Council is staffed by 14-16 volunteers who are responsible for three main activities: 1.) The Temple Terrace Arts & Crafts Festival (now in its 45th year), which is held the second weekend in November (since 1973), 2.) fundraisers such as Art en Blanc (now in its 7th year and which will be held 4/13/2019), and public art projects, which may include Fish on Fence, concrete yard art, totems, murals, street art, and awards to artists.

The Council meets the 4th Tuesday of the month at 9:30 a.m. in the Omar K. Lightfoot Recreation Center 10901 N. 56th St., Temple Terrace, 33617. No special skills or talents are required to join the Council, other than a willingness to work with people in a positive manner, and serve to support the mission.
